Student Complaint and Grievance Policy
Students with concerns about Pathway Career Institute or any of its educational programs may submit a written complaint or grievance to the Program Director using the school’s Student Complaint and Grievance Form. The completed form may be submitted by email, delivered in person, or mailed to the school.
The Program Director will review the complaint and provide a written response within 10 business days, whenever reasonably possible. Additional time may be required if the complaint requires a more complex investigation. The decision of the Program Director constitutes the final institutional decision.
Students who are dissatisfied with the school’s response, or who are unable to file a complaint with the school, may file a formal complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Career Schools and Colleges.
